Caring for Children operations are overseen by a nine-member board made up of professionals who help ensure quality care for those enrolled in the program.

James Sorensen, BCBSND assistant vice president of Marketing Support is secretary and executive director of North Dakota Caring Foundation, Inc. Lisa Faul is the director of Caring for Children. Debi Retzlaff is the coordinator of Caring for Children.
